Here we are again...this year we had our first Superhero 5K...Sam and I ran in that race early Saturday morning, and he did great. He ran it in 33 minutes, but had a 10 minute miler pace for 2 miles. We tried to catch Wonder Woman, but she got too far ahead. We did beat Green Lantern, but never saw Superman. Davis and Belle ran 1 mile runs later that day, and both did well. I think Davis ran it in 12 minutes and Belle in 13 minutes. Dave slowed up a bit to be with his buddy parker. And Belle stayed with Sarah Grace and even posed a bit for pictures before the race was over. :) Getting the kids into the race is crazy, and hopefully one day they will get that figured out better. I knocked out another half marathon on Sunday...but ran much slower than I intended. Good weekend for running, nice weather.
