Halloween Fun

Halloween this year included a Wizard of Oz theme, but we supplemented that with a Random German (Sam) and a Man-Eating Shark (Davis).  The Tin Man had his oil can and ax, Glinda (Or Ga-linda for the Wicked fans) had her wand and crown (from amazon...then from target...then back from amazon...Magan will remember the pain of this crown for a long time), the cutest little Dorothy with hit little dog Toto and "Ruby" slippers, and slightly greenish Wicked Witch of the West complete with long green nose.

The treats below that Ruby is holding are the "Monster Boogies", at least that is what she calls them, and she is so cute, she can call things whatever she wants to call them.  And in looking back thru these pictures, it looks like Davis didn't make it really into this blog, but he is there, just inside the giant shark.  He was hilarious in the suit and everyone liked him, but he had to let the air out of the hand every once and awhile so he could see thru the facehole.  Our Halloween journey took us a trunk or treat with the church, then a trunk or treat at Mt. Laurel for the American Heritage Girls, then an actual door to door with the Rawls and Deans.  Ha, Sam was asked by one family to just grab one piece from the bowl, and he reached in and found a full package of smarties, and he grabbed the whole bag out.  They were friends from church, so they let him take the whole bag.
