Magan was not looking forward to this field trip with Ruby, but only because the temperature was in the 30s, and not expected to get to the 40s till later in the afternoon. They bundled up with many layers of clothes, and Ruby tells me that her group "The South Carolina" was the only ones that got to complete all of the activities. She said that most things were inside, but the shooting of the guns section was outside, and during this section, her and her friends could not feel their feet. Mom brought her Subway for lunch, so she didn't have to eat the gross deli sandwiches they send on field trips. And all the way back to school, they sang Christmas Carols. This may have been the last field trip to share with our kids...makes it kind of sad.
