Mamma Mia!

You are the dancing queen, Young and sweet, only 17.   Dancing queen, Feel the beat from the tambourine, oh, yeah....You can dance, you can jive...Having the time of your life...Ooh-ooh, ooh, see that girl, watch that scene...Digging the dancing queen

And that right there is all I know of Mamma Mia.   Not my favorite or even on the list of ones I ever want to see, but perhaps watching it with Belle, I bet I could love it.   Anyway, Elizabeth Bailey put together an amazing trip for these three girls joined at the hips.   It was Sarah Beth's birthday, so they got tickets to go over to Atlanta for one night and watch the show at the Fox Theater.   Sarah Beth's grandmother also made the pants these girls are rocking on their night out.

It is strange that the blogs are slowly transforming to these random outings that only include one kid, and I am sure these blogs will come to an end when they move out.   Until then, we have to capture the images and the few stories I am told.   Number 1 was the excitement they all had to go get into the pool on the first night only to find out that it was completely drained.   Belle told me there was a picture of it somewhere, and them with sad faces, but it did not make my folder.   Number 2 was a surprisingly fun trip to the Dwarf House in Atlanta.  haha, Belle keeps telling us that we have to go there next time in Atlanta, "You can order off a menu" and "the sweet potatoes are so good".

Founded by Truett Cathy in 1946, The Dwarf House (originally named the Dwarf Grill) is the birthplace of the Original Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich. It was in this restaurant that Cathy first invented his boneless chicken sandwich and asked his customers to taste test it for him until he perfected the recipe in 1964. More than 70 years later, The Dwarf House continues to give customers a glimpse into the beginnings of the Chick-fil-A franchise.

And that is all I heard, but with these three together, I know they had a great time.   It has been wonderful to watch these girls all grow up together, and remain the closest of friends.   They had a full song and dance for the dessert Cabaret themed from Mamma Mia and planned to where these frilly pants, but Sarah Beth got sick on the last day, and it did not happen.   I heard Andrew Rawls even tried to play the part of Sarah Beth, and that would have been fun to watch.
