Day 2 began with morning worship at the Maingate church of Christ. And at least this time, there was no one throwing up and having to be run out of the worship area. Good lesson about family from a preacher from Gadsden AL. As we were leaving towards Disney, I made a critical fastpass mistake...knowing that we would not be able to make our EPCOT character spot fastpass window, but not realizing the flexibility that the cast members have with this window. So I changed the fastpass to Spaceship Earth...and off we went to Futureworld.
We spent our full day in Futureworld, where both Anabelle and Dad shared a moment with Crush. Crush picked Anabelle to talk to her, and then asked to talk to her parental unit...there is a video of our conversation...and we shared a moment about being dads...me with my 4 dudes...him with his 65. Ruby really liked Figment, and laughed at him as a stinky skunk.
The other memories made were a wrong Starbucks order for Magan, who quickly forgot about it when she ordered another one correctly. Ruby and Belle got to play on a temporary play ground area. And for supper, we finally got to enjoy the Mexican restaurant inside the pavilion, and the food was excellent. Then we had a final boat ride to find Donald, and then to the EPCOT character spot that I messed up earlier in the day...and with no fastpass, this was a long long line. And don't mention this line to Magan, because with the girls decked out in Minnie Mouse clothes...the photopass people took ONLY 3 pictures with Minnie. Belle had a cute little dress that sprung up when she raised her hands.
But then we visited Baymax, and left the park with the sounds of fireworks echoing in the air. Joy and Sadness...we were in line...but it was just too late...maybe next time.
