He climbed out of his teenage years, and our little Sammy is now 20. At this point, it was good to just have him at home on this birthday. Looks like we also had Noel, who is pretty often at our house these days as well. He still loves on those sisters, and a good friend to Davis, he calls his momma every Sunday when he is at college, and texts me when he needs something. I can't remember who stayed up to do the streamers, but it was not me.
So what did he get for his birthday...those gifts get harder when they are 20. Belle had a good idea with one gift to have a helium filled balloon rise out of the package with little $20 bills attached to pay for his Pearl Jam concert ticket. He also obtained use of the blue card to get him a new Pearl Jam concert shirt when he went. Maybe not the most exciting of gifts, but we are just happy we have the day with him. Bundt Birthday Cake, all you can eat chinese (Not Noel's favorite) for lunch, and family all around. I looked thru all the pictures and apparently me and mom did not want to be in any of these pictures, but we were here.
