The biggest AHG activity of this time is the Operation Christmas Child (OCC) box packing event. Magan does a lot of the shopping throughout the year finding deals and clearances to help pack these boxes for needy children around with world with some really cool clothes and toys. The girls love getting to pack the boxes with toys and clothing they select and also get a chance to include a note or some pictures for the children wherever these are sent to.
Anabelle and Ruby are always getting service hours, and again received the presidential awards. Ruby received the silver, and Belle the bronze. It requires more and more hours the older you get. They were actually awarded at the end of last year, but the physical medals were out of stock, so they finally got their bling.
Anabelle also joined all of the other PiPas for a Christmas party. I am sure they had fun and played lots of girly games, but I did not get any stories from this event. Just love seeing this group of gals she hangs out with from AHG, as they are all sweet kids.
